Introduction

  • Enterprise/custom modules

  • Features, limits, and pricing may vary depending on the selected plan.

  • BlumSmart reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • use the platform for illegal activities

  • attempt unauthorized access or hacking

  • upload malicious software

  • misuse billing or financial systems

  • generate fraudulent invoices or data

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination.

AI & Automation Usage

BlumSmart provides AI-powered features such as:

invoice OCR

  • document recognition

  • business insights

  • workflow automation

Users acknowledge:

AI outputs may not always be accurate

  • users are responsible for verifying results

  • AI must not be used for fraud or illegal purposes

Data Usage

By using BlumSmart, users grant permission to:

  • store and process data for service functionality

  • use data for improving system performance

BlumSmart does not sell business or personal data.
